Wheeler, Tarah. 2018. In Foreign Policy 230: 34-41.

This article provides an interesting approach to cybersecurity. It is clear that cybersecurity, like peace, is mundane, subtle, and at its best unnoticed. There is no substantial interaction with peace in this article. Though, it discusses how diplomacy is a means to achieve cybersecurity. Furthermore, it echoes the notion of cyberspace needing a multi-stakeholder approach in order to become secure (or somewhat peaceful).
