Drawing on feminist peace and conflict studies, this article situates peace in the everyday as an ontological disruption to traditional peace studies. This ‘microsociology’ of peace can be seen as a mundane experience that is expressed through the ‘event-ness’ of peace, where everyday life comes into being through events which establish the relationship of the self and the other. ‘Choreography’ refers to the coordination and communication between these bodies.
